Sally's and Ulta Haul

Polish Lovers,

I have not bought nail polish in quite some time mainly I just have soooo many.  But Ulta was having a buy 2 get 1 free sale on professional brands so I stopped by to pick up 3 Zoyas.

I was pretty excited to get some new Zoya's because they are definitely my one of my favorite brands!

Then I stopped at Sally's because I was running low on my top and base coat so I just picked up my usual Seche Vite fast dry top coat, and I usually use Nail Life Gripper base coat, but they were sold out, so I decided to get a ridge filling base coat instead.

Then I found I had a gift card I had forgotten about so I treated myself to some China Glazes :)

Zoya Malia and Crackle

Hey Polish Addicts,

School is out for me so I should get back to posting about every five days! Woop.  So here is a quick post with Zoya Malia as a base, and China Glaze Black Mesh crackle on top.  I really like the way the crackle was applied because it wasn't too thin where you can't see enough base color, or to thick.

PS  Malia is like my favorite purple ever ;)

Zoya Indigo and Konad m64

Hey Polish Addicts,

I received Zoya Indigo like 2 weeks ago from that FB promotion and i decided to use it.  When I saw it in the bottle I was so excited because it was a deep blue which is always amazing, but it looked sooo packed with holographic particle glitter.  But when I applied it, the glitter was buried :( bummer.  So I added some konad using Clarie's Platinum and plate m64.  Don't mind the terrible konad, i haven't done it in like a few months so I kinda forgot how to do it. LOL.

Stormy Nails

Hey Polish Addicts,

This was kind of a fail... but I figured I would post it anyway :/  This is three coats of China Glaze Recycle and then I used migi pens for the clouds and kinda filling it in with another white to make it look puffy and cloud like... then I used migi pen in yellow for the lightening and Zoya Yummy for the rain drops.  Eh... this is kinda bad :(

Snow Leapord Nails

Hey Polish Addicts,

Where I live we got like legit 21 inches of snow.  It's insane.  So I was inspired to do these snow leapord print nails.  I used 3 coats of CG white on white, Zoya Trixie for the silver spots, and a black striper from icing to outline the silver.  I like it a lot :)  Happy snow days :)!

Zoya Malia

Hey Polish Addicts,

This is 2 coats of gorgeous Zoya Malia. I love this color so much!  It's a gorgeous purple lilac creme.  Then I added some silver start rhinestones to my half moon cuticle area and some random white stripes to my thumb.  My little (big) bella pup loves the snow!  I just thought I'd throw in a pic of her cuz its really funny :)

Crystal Snowflakes

Hey Polish Addicts,

Here is Zoya Crystal from their winter flame collection.  I used 3 coats and it's just got this icy look to it so I decided to add some snowflakes with konad plate m59 and special white polish.  I love this.  I just feels so wintery!

Finger Army Nail Art

Hey Polish Addicts,

I did this mani on my mom because I saw it on Meliney's youtube channel.  This was inspired by her!  This is the link to the tutorial and I give her all the credit for the idea!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNxhjRsPouw/.  My mom loved it!  If you want to know how to do this watch the video.  I used migi pen in black, zoya malia for the main color, and sally hansen blue me away for the polka dots.  :)!  This made me smile so much.  Sorry for the weird pics... she's not the best bottle holder lol.

Zoya Harley

These are one of the polishes that I recieved from the bogo sale and I love the color... but I don't think it flatters my skin tone :(  Anywho this is Zoya Harley (twist collection) a soft grey with slight silver pearl/shimmers.  I used konad plate 65 and China Glaze Grape Pop for the stamping color.

Zoya Perrie With Some Stripers!

Some quick nail art here!
I used 2 coats of zoya perrie.  Then I took nail art stripers from la colors art deco in black and then silver glitter to create that flowerish stripe design.  Then I took a migi nail art pen in black to create the dots.  Just a quick tip with the art deco glitters is to use 2 coats if you want more of an opaque glitter like shown here. Enjoy!

NOTD: Zoya Happi

Greetings fellow polish addicts,

As I am sure you all know, but October is Breast Cancer Awarness month so I pledged that I would wear pink nails at least once during October.  I really do not like pink nail polish because I find that it's too common.  I like wearing blues, greens, and purples.  I do love this polish Happi by Zoya though because the color itself is just a normal almost barbie pink base but it has this incredible gold shimmer to it.  If you are in really bright light you can also detect some green flecks.  HOT!  I love this sucker and I have to admit that this is the first time I've worn it.  Do you like my new nail shape?

If you enlarge this picture (by clicking on it) you can really see the gold shimmer.   This is not really a good picture of the color itself but I posted it anyway because I think it shows the gold shimmer well.

This picture captures the true pink color.

I loved how the golden shimmer in the bottle just exploded in this picture!
